Just wanted to take this opportunity to pass on my thanks for the excellent service from your company, it was much appreciated. You came out to my property at very short notice on Friday 28th June, arriving promptly and providing great service after I had been completly ripped off by another company who had 'fixed' my hot water system 5 days earlier and tried to charge me another £100 to come back out again and fix it. The service and help I recieved (including the advice on how to reset the heater myself to avoid getting ripped off again) was a huge contrast and I would not hesitate to contact you again for future work, or to recommend you to others.
